Job Description:
Tech Mahindra (Hyderabad) is currently offering immediate openings for International Chat/Voice Support.
**Experience:** 0-5 Years
**Maximum Package:** 2.59 LPA – 5.5 LPA
**Location:** Hyderabad
*Note: Interviews or HR activities are not conducted on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).*
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Addressing customer queries through Web Chat, E-mails, and Social Media
– Providing product and service information to current and potential customers
– Maintaining accurate customer records
– Identifying and escalating priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree from any stream for freshers
– Minimum HSC with at least 1 year of relevant experience
– Passion for customer care
– Good typing skills
– Fluent in written and spoken English
– Ability to work well under pressure and with minimum supervision
– Fast learner with the capability to meet set targets
– Time flexibility to work in a rotational shift system, including public holidays and weekends
– International Non-voice Process
– 24/7 shift (Graveyard shift included)
– 5 Days of work (2 Days rotational off)
