Business Development Associates.
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers (parents and students) to schedule meetings.
- Counsel students on BYJU’s learning methods.
- Work a 5-day week with Mondays and Tuesdays off, managing revenue.
- Showcase BYJU’s unique features in personalized sessions.
- Handle mentoring and sales in your designated zone.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Strong interest and deep knowledge of the Indian education sector.
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates should have at least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
Salary Details:
For the Business Development Associate position (Work From Home), the stipend is set at Rs 37,500 per month.
Age Limit:
To be eligible, candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old.
