- Resolving customer inquiries following established procedures.
- Offering solutions to achieve First Call Resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Understanding customer needs for appropriate product recommendations.
- Meeting performance metrics.
- Contributing to process and service improvements through feedback.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Academic background: Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, quick comprehension, and clear articulation.
- Change management ability: Adapt to changes and work effectively in a team.
- Independent decision-making: Make decisions and meet deadlines.
- Typing speed: At least 30 words per minute, with B2-level communication skills (CEFR scale).
- Quick navigation and multitasking abilities.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates should have at least completed their undergraduate degree.
Salary Details:
The expected annual salary for Customer Service Associates is approximately Rs 3.2 – 4.8 LPA.
Age Limit:
To be eligible, candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old.
