Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints via various channels, including phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
- Order Processing: Assisting customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and furnishing information about product availability, pricing, and delivery choices.
- Product Knowledge: Cultivating a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products or services to provide precise and valuable information to customers.
- Problem Solving: Promptly and efficiently identifying and resolving customer issues or concerns.
- Communication: Maintaining professional and effective communication with both customers and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
Required knowledge and skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interactions.
- Active listening ability to understand customer concerns, needs, and feedback.
- Display empathy and patience, particularly when dealing with challenging customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Comprehensive product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Educational Qualifications :
Candidates should have at least bachelor’s degree in any field..
Salary Details:
The expected salary for this position is approximately 1 to 2.4 lakhs per annum (L.P.A.).
Age Limit:
To be eligible, candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old.
