Position:

Teleperformance is currently looking to fill the role of a Quality Analyst.

Location: 

Work from home.

Responsibilities:

• Keep an eye on calls made by advisors and give them immediate feedback for both critical and non-critical errors.
• Evaluate whether agents are meeting the predetermined standards for handling customer contacts by monitoring and assessing test contacts.
• Share reports on contact handling performance and statistics with the Quality Assurance Supervisor on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Make sure to meet the monthly service level goals related to quality.
• Randomly check calls to ensure that our Client/TP standards are consistently met.
• Handle routine audits like Business as Usual (BAU), Business Intelligence, and other compliance audits as required by the business.
• Provide regular feedback to team members about their performance and escalate any issues as needed.
• Collaborate as a team to achieve the targets set by our clients.
• Stay flexible and motivate the team regularly to keep everyone on track.
