Telecaller Role and Requirements for Guiding Students

Roles & Responsibilities of Telecallers:

As a telecaller, your primary responsibility is to guide potential students over the phone and assist them in making informed career decisions by helping them choose the right product. Key duties include:

  1. Providing Career Guidance: Assist potential students in understanding their options and selecting the most suitable product that aligns with their career goals.
  2. Resolving Queries: Address inquiries related to the company and its products, ensuring potential students have a clear understanding of what is being offered.
  3. Outbound Calls and Follow-ups: Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and maintain regular follow-ups with assigned leads.
  4. Membership Sales: Promote and sell memberships to students based on their specific requirements.
  5. Explaining Product Features: Clearly articulate the features and benefits of the products to potential students, ensuring they comprehend how to utilize the offered packages.
  6. Ensuring a Positive Customer Experience: Strive to provide excellent customer service and ensure potential students have a satisfactory experience during their interactions with the company.

Telecaller Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  1. Education: A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
  2. Experience: Prior experience in domestic outbound or telesales is preferred, as it helps in handling calls effectively.
  3. Language Proficiency: Proficient in elementary Hindi language to effectively communicate with potential students.
  4. Age: Must be 18 years or older.
  5. Verbal Communication: Possess excellent verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  6. Adaptability: Ability to adjust communication style as per the needs of different students.
  7. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential students and establish a positive connection.
  8. Research and Record-Keeping: Capable of conducting research when necessary and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
  9. Accepting Critique: Openness to receiving feedback and using it as a means for improvement.
