International Voice & Chat Process (Customer Support)

Roles & Responsibilities:
As a part of our team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing customer support through both Voice and Chat channels.
- Handling customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Effectively resolving complaints based on established guidelines.
- Building rapport with customers to ensure a positive interaction.
- Overcoming objections and promoting business offerings.
Key Skills:
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following skills:
- Familiarity with ecommerce websites.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent comprehension skills.
- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
- Outstanding interpersonal and intrapersonal abilities.
- A strong team player mindset.
Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Graduates or Undergraduates (No Pursuing Candidates).
- At least 6 months of experience in international voice or chat support roles.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Willingness to work in both Voice and Chat support roles.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Availability to work in 24/7 shifts, including night and rotational shifts.
