- Position: Customer Experience Executive (Voice Process)
- Job Location: Work From Home (PAN India)
- Qualification: HSC/Graduate/Post Graduate
- Required Skills: Proficient in spoken English and Hindi
- Working Days: 6 Days with rotational shifts
- Interview Mode: Virtual

- 8GB RAM and 64 BIT Operating System
- Genuine Windows 10 or above
- Genuine Anti-Virus Software
- Noise Cancellation Headphones

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Experience Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Understanding and assessing customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction
- Building and nurturing sustainable relationships with customers through open and interactive communication
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools
- Handling customer complaints and offering appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Maintaining records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing necessary documents
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure efficient service delivery
