Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech/MBA/B.Sc/M.Sc/PG Diploma
- Experience: Freshers
- Age Limit (As of 01 May 2023): Maximum 27 years
- Age Relaxation: Additional Concession of 5 Years for Children/family members of the victims of the 1984 riots.
Selection Process: The selection process for the Management Trainee positions will involve an Online Test and a Personal Interview.
Online Test:
- The eligible candidates will appear for a computer-based online objective-type test, with details provided in the Admit card.
- The test will comprise two parts: Discipline-related and Aptitude-related.
- Test duration: 90 minutes
- Total questions: 100, with 50 questions from the relevant discipline and 50 from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and General Knowledge/Awareness.
- Negative markings will be applicable for wrong answers.
- The exact date of the online test will be communicated through the admit card.
Personal Interview:
- Based on the performance in the online test, eligible candidates will be provisionally called for a personal interview, tentatively in the ratio of 1:7 (7 eligible candidates for 1 post).
Final Selection:
- Online Test: 80%
- Personal Interview: 20%
- Total: 100%
Application Fees:
- General, OBC, and EWS category candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 1000/- plus Bank Charges and applicable taxes (GST) at the time of online application submission.
- SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female category candidates are exempted from paying any application fee.
