Job Description: Customer Interaction & Query/Complaints Management at HDFC Bank Limited

HDFC Bank Limited is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Interaction & Query/Complaints Management executives. As part of this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers and providing them with detailed information about our wide range of products, including Credit Cards, Bank Accounts, Deposits, Loans, Depositories, Mutual Funds, Debit Cards, Prepaid & Forex Cards, and other Direct Banking-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and addressing their product or process-related questions efficiently.
  • Delivering excellent customer service by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Resolving customer complaints and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Successful completion of any Graduation program with relevant certificates (Consolidated Memo).
  • Fluent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu are mandatory.
