Job Role: Application Development Associate Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Kolkata

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Application Development Associates. Your Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, assemble, and configure applications based on business requirements.
• Gain a deep understanding of business drivers that impact performance and deliver software to meet those expectations.
• Incorporate technology trends into solutions and actively participate in the development of automation solutions and new functionalities.
• Exhibit a keen aptitude for learning, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and communication abilities.
• Deliver code within established timelines and quality expectations while actively participating in peer reviews.
• Take ownership of ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.

Education Requirements:

• Candidates should have completed B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) from the batches of 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023 with full-time education only (Part-time and distance educations will not be considered).
• No active backlogs during the application and/or onboarding process.

Required Skills:

• Ability to anticipate and resolve business issues with agility.
• Demonstrated multidisciplinary and versatile abilities with a rapid skill acquisition capability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by proficient verbal and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering code within specified timelines and meeting quality expectations while actively participating in peer reviews.
• Ownership mindset towards successful solution implementation.
• Experience in supporting infrastructure operations and/or managing delivery for IT production systems and services will be beneficial.

Test Automation Engineering: In addition to the Application Development Associate role, candidates interested in test automation engineering will have responsibilities in this domain:

• Creation of test designs, test processes, test cases, and test data.
• Application of business and functional knowledge, including testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies, to meet the team’s overall test objectives.
• Designing testing scenarios for usability testing.
• Preparing all reports related to software testing carried out.
• Analyzing the results and providing observations to the development team.

Salary Offered: INR 4,61,200
