Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Chat / Email) |

Responsibilities |
– Provide excellent customer service through web-chat and email communication tools |
– Solve questions and complaints related to order status, inventory, and billing |
– Handle inquiries in accordance with quality and performance standards |
– Identify and escalate priority emails to appropriate channels |
– Resolve customer complaints professionally and according to guidelines |
– Accurately document customer transactions in the appropriate systems |
– Coordinate with co-workers, lead persons, and other departments as needed |
– Actively listen to customers and demonstrate empathy and patience |
– Provide information to clients and record actions taken in the system |
– Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for all customer contacts |
– Maintain comprehensive knowledge of systems and processes |
– Attend team meetings and training sessions as required |
– Perform other assigned duties |
Requirements |
– Fundamental understanding of eCommerce websites |
– Above average verbal and written communication skills |
– Ability to listen attentively and tailor responses to customer needs |
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment |
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail |
– Proficiency in operating phone systems and personal computers |
– Adherence to organizational policies and procedures |
– Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays |
– Basic mathematical skills |
– Successful completion of a background check, if required |
– Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels and people from diverse backgrounds |
Education / Experience Requirements |
– Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply |
– Experience: 0 to 5 years in the call center industry, preferably in Chat/Email Operations |
