Shifts: Flexible with any shift
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly
- Assist in data collection for account recovery purposes
- Maintain a thorough understanding of client processes and policies
- Identify and report product bugs based on customer feedback
- Provide exceptional customer service
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
- Graduation in any field except law
- Fluency in Hindi and English (Hindi is mandatory)
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service through chat/email/voice channels
- Strong analytical and probing skills
- Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends
