Job Description: Customer Support Executive at Apollo Tele Health Services
Apollo Tele Health Services, located in Madhapur, Hyderabad, is currently seeking a Customer Support Executive for their voice process. We are looking for individuals who are graduates or have completed intermediate education, with or without experience in voice and non-voice processes, ranging from 0 to 3 years.

Responsibilities of the Customer Support Executive:
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research each issue, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow communication scripts when addressing various topics.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth service delivery to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts for male candidates (no night shifts for female candidates).
- Good typing skills.
- Self-transportation is required.
- Excellent command over English and Hindi is mandatory, with fluency.
