Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients before, during, and after their travel experiences. This position requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, chat, and social media channels
  • Assist clients with booking and scheduling travel experiences, making changes to existing bookings, and answering questions about our services and products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and transactions in our database
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve the overall customer experience and contribute to company growth
  • Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of our products and services

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a travel or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software and tools
  • Familiarity with travel and tourism industry trends and products
