Flipkart HealthPlus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the product roadmap for our health and wellness platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for Flipkart HealthPlus, in alignment with the overall company strategy
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends in the health and wellness industry
- Define product requirements and work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to bring new products and features to market
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to continually improve and optimize the product offering
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners
Requirements:
- 10th Pass
- 0-1 years of experience in product management, preferably in a health and wellness or e-commerce industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in agile development methodologies
- Passion for health and wellness and staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations
